Maybe because it was one of the 'red and cream brigade' Trent was a BET company often overlooked by enthusiasts but as long as I can remember it has always turned out smart buses. Even when it was nationalised as part of the NBC there always seemed to be a pride in the fleet, and now combined with Barton it has something more to be proud about as there are the few survivors left as the majority of large bus companies now have disappeared into the Stock Market listed faceless large holdings like Stagecoach and Arriva.
