We marvel at the atmosphere and attention to detail in some of Jowitts best street studies, but like this recent view of Wolverhampton they were pretty mundane at the time. But I think Robert would like this as the tailoring advert for Slaters on the back of the National Express WM Volvo 2115 as here at least it seems to speak to the casually dressed pedestrians passing in the street which of course is what it is supposed to do.
