Prior to Deregulation the former Rossendale fleet consisted very much of East Lancs bodied Leylands but expansion well beyond it's Rawtenstall roots like No.69 seen at Blackburn brought in a variety of used stock including this Volvo with fairly rare Duple bodywork of this type.
